humm .... i dunno. I see what your saying about the chest, but imo is seems like the issue is not so much that the chest is too small. Rather, that the right shoulder is missing. Now, I understand the gesture that your drawing but it looks like the right shoulder is being pushed back too far (so that it is out of sight). Maybe just a hit of that right shoulder would resolve that issue.

As far as the teeth, I actually like the look of the oversized teeth ... i think it's a nice stylistic touch. But I do think that the tooth in the front looks smaller than the tooth in the back.

then again, i may be wrong ... my experience is in photo, not drawing :P
