This is the first of soon to be a series of concept art for a comic idea i've been tossing around in my head.
"SONIC:2480", a work of fanfiction that actualy takes place in an alternate universe, where lets just say.. Things arent going so well for Sonic and friends..
I'm not ready to release more information just yet, but I will say that when the concepts are done and i've received feedback on the designs, I shall begin work on the first few pages.
As I stated above i'm looking for feedback, so please, leave your input, what you think of the redesigned characters, weather or not you'd even read the comic... etc.

I suppose when we're talking about an alternate universe all bets are off, but Sonic didn't need clothes or gadgets or even a plan to get by in the past. He must be a little more... cautious in this timeline, huh?
It's certainly very moody, which I assume is the point. Good stuff.
