Here is Reflex again this time looking a bit more grown up and even more bad ass. Reflex battles the Naga Lords, a devious and violent bunch of snake street thugs and super-powered villains. Despite the lightning bolt on his uniform he has no lightning powers. His power derives solely on the fact that he has precognition and can determine things well before they happen. The bracers on his arms and ankles are titanium-tungsten alloy and can deflect rounds up to 50 caliber.

Reflex also is a trained martial artist who has studied various forms from all over the world. He currently holds a black belt in Karate, Kung-Fu, Jiujitsu, Bokator, Ninjutsu and Krav Maga. His precog powers serve him very well in this role as he can literally see what his opponent is going to do. Even when they bring guns to a "fist fight", Reflex can deflect the incoming projectiles back to his opponent. Many a Naga Lord has died with a look of surprise as their own bullets kill them.

Perhaps due to his precognition or the fact he is a mongoose, hypnosis does not seem to work on Reflex. Maybe he just has found a way to not look at his foes when they try or maybe his mask protects him somehow. Whatever the source, he is immune to mind tricks, brainwashing and hypnotic suggestion.
