Very nice indeed! I love how you make those diapers look so big and puffy. The expressions too are a killer and I'm digging the cheery, colorful background.
On a minor note, I think the joint of Rarity's rear leg looks a bit awkward and Twi's look just a tiny bit too.. 'spaghettish'? Anyway, always a joy to see more stuff from you (I'm also a regular stalker of your tumblr). And I'll just have to say your art goes incredibly well with the writings of TheConflicted.
