It's a really hard game! I still own in on the SNES and play it occasionally. I never beat it as a kid, and finally got the chance to actually beat the game the other day. x3 Ah, nostalgia. You should get it!

same here!!! i got my SNES working again finally and FINALLY beat it for the first time... after many many days.. and tears shed.. i finally did it!!
best. game. ever. with the best music!!

Wow! Congratulations! I'm glad I'm not the only one who had to go back and beat a classic. I play the sound-track in my car as I'm driving to work. Hehehe.

It was pretty tough without two mega crushes, napalm, or other stuff for the final part, but yeah - did it!

The hardest level for me personally was always the one with the tank..flame thingy on the ceiling. :c That one gave me SO much trouble. In fact, that's the level that kept me from beating it for so long!

this was about 6 years of my life playing with my dad lol.

he was only one who taught me how to get the better jets lol. 1st-7th grades used this game as major time killer :)

lol, yeah. iw as the same way with always choosing the hard mode and the weak pilot cuz i never figured out "normal=easier, and different pilos have different armor status" XD
