Well, while working on nothing in particular, I decided to scribble out Otty on Spring Break away from the 
PokeCombatAcademy . What would the surfing buizel be doing? SURFING! So here he is. Oh sure, its more of a scribble than an actual WIP, so I'll probably move it to Scraps eventually, but I liked the way it turned out.
And before you say thats not how surfers surf or something, I don't care. This turned out really well and plus, how can you deny happy Otty face? You can't shun the happy Otty face!
So yeah, I might make it into a Spring Break image later as well, but for now, I just wanted to share.
