You assume correctly, next time I update my price sheet I'll try to be a bit clearer. A simple BG like this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13091251/ is free, uber detailed BG's are $10 across the board but as the sheet says, it's negotiable. If someone wanted a minimum of detail for a BG it could be less, especially for the sketches.
