SM dreads just do it so much better, and Hellbrutes have very stiff competition. Why take a ranged Hellbrute when you can take a Forgefiend, and why take a melee Hellbrute when you can take a Maulerfiend? There's really no reason to take Hellbrutes unless you are dyign to take more armor saturation, and for some reason dont' have any rhinos.
