~* The threads that bind us are here you see, worn upon me though left unseen. Close your eyes and feel them wind through fingertips and over spine. Drawing close two breaths unite, as thread by thread we bind ourselves.
Not to restrict but hold aloft. You feel them tighten in dulcet whisper. Not at all as strange as we had thought. Not at all like noose and anchor in a deep dark sea. But held aloft like skyward kites, in singing tapestry we weave complete.
And when to sky we open up, may wings like blooms burst from within.
I recall you once had wings and I imagined them fluttering on empty stalks. Two feathers wayward bound were we, caught in a turbid wind and left untied.
And then the thread that bound us came up from within to tie these feathers in the wind. I said I'd find your wings again. Then as I lay and dreamed I saw; You flew with me beside you at one side. Two wings, like beating hearts, made for the sky together bound. *~[/i]For the only

This is so beautiful, I love seeing sketches of the others, and this one is especially inspirational.:) I can tell that I envy that it doesn't seem smudged at all - even though I use paper to cover the painting and prevent myself from smudging it with my hand while drawing, it still doesn't help much - I guess my working process is just too messy.:D I wish to see more sketches from you.:)
