I'll probably go back and fix the details I missed in this pass when I have the time to do personal art that isn't scribbles again, so don't be surprised if some details change at a later date.

Not sure how to feel about the hair shading, i kind of like it but kind of don't? Weird feelings. I do love how her eyes came out though.

This is Rags. She's a terrible humanoid. ...Okay technically her true form is more like a 7-yard-high faceless feather-coated natural mummy but she usually walks around as a weirdly-colored humanoid. This is much creepier than that description makes her sound.
