About Sparsiles:
They're space wizards/witches! woohoooo
Don't have much info on them yet besides the little floaty clouds besides them function as familiars/magical anchors, and help to focus their mostly erratic, magic. Since they're constantly exuding an excess of power, high level magic can be very dangerous or even fatal for them without a strong enough magical anchor. They're main job is pretty much glorified galactic mailmen and their star wands double as intergalactic/dimensional brooms.
