Aye, the rum is often gone in the Caribbean. There's a whole station of Pirates somewhere in a region of some magical kingdom known as "Adventure Land".
But hey, wine works just as well in the right doses. Sure, the sugar cane-based spirit is sweeter and heavier, but there's just something about a good grape.
