Such a pretty cat, and so focused! This piece marks my first time doing both tabby stripes and bushes, and personally I think both turned out pretty swell. Funny story about the eyes, though; I thought the piece needed more blue, but was torn between making a good composition and being accurate as far as realistic coat and eye color combinations. It turns out that blue eyes, while rare, may appear in certain individuals in random-bred populations that are not linked to either the white or colorpoint gene.
