As I said before, whenever I draw him, I like to show off how monstrous Bowser really is. And here, drawing a Bowser more akin to Miyamoto's original design for him in SMB1, I get to draw Bowser a little more demonic than usual. I just have always enjoyed the more evil, more badass side of Bowser that is often neglected in this day and age (outside of maybe the Smash Bros. series, particularly Giga Bowser where you REALLY get a truly awesome monster).
