From another fantasy world in my head. Three is part of a local patrol group sent out to find an escaped bandit and bring him in. She is currently in the process of trying to convince a superior officer that their current tracking techniques aren't working and they need to be more subtle with their search and more direct with their handling. From her frustrated look I doubt she's being taken very seriously. Ahh, management.
