This is Sabirah's blitz form. I wanted it to be more elegant and beautiful than insanely crazy looking since that wouldn't fit her character. This took a few days, and it's still a little unrefined, but I couldn't take it anymore and decided to post it. xD It's been forever since I did something semi painterly. I'm really proud of it and I love her character so much now. ;w;
