so being poor as shit sucks and sometimes trying to set money aside so you and your mate can eat is a little bit more difficult. luckily eggs salt and flour aren't terribly expensive. so here's some home made egg noodles I made tonight. yesterday I made about a gallons worth of red beans and rice ($10). I used some of that to make a gravy to serve over the noodles. it came out pretty good.
