Haha he has been watching over for a long time, makes you question if he's partly doing it for his own benefit with all those people to choose from XD

Haha, I bet! You're meant to climb into his awaiting open mouth from the "feeding platform", so those unwilling probably nervously and hesitantly step on to the 'welcome mat' and then quickly get it over with (or Ryuu just slams his jaws shut immediately and swallows them)...whereas the vore people probably spend more intimate time with the maw, making the most of finally getting to come into contact with that tongue and fleshy cavern.

Somewhere between his forelegs and hindlegs I imagine lol. Probably the section where his body is arched. As for the actual size of the stomach I have no idea, he's a pretty big guy and obviously easterns have that serpentine body so I'm never quite sure how roomy it would be. I think I'll just be vague and say "not claustrophobic but large enough to move around in". As you may have seen from the image where Ryuu eats Enigma his throat is anything but spacious though haha.

Assuming an rate of natural increase of 2.5%, Ryuunosuke's lands must have a population of at least 15,000 (as a second-order estimate) to support feeding one of their members to the dragon every day. They could probably get away with fewer if they only sacrifice the old and infirm, but who wants to eat those?
