Before today I didn't even know there were girl draegloths! That's awesome.
So here's today's dose of Young Draegloths in Love. 'Cause there's someone special for everyone out there, even if they are murderous Chaotic Evil drow/demon hybrids.

The thing about this is that in the game they make this race so powerful you can't play them. Then they go and make the origin and body look completly awsome. Still D&D has some of the best monsters and player races. All in all this is a great picture and another great addition along with your Werewolf works.
Yeah... there's all this old holdover, well-the-game-is-human-focused, the only feasible races are humans, short humans, humans with pointy ears, or short humans with pointy ears. Since a party of adventurers is going to be a traveling circus anyway there's no reason there shouldn't be monster PCs! I'm sure you could do a Savage Species style level breakdown - I thought that was a good idea, even if not a perfect one.
They did include some cool human like races and the ebberon campaign setting has some of the best in my view of things. You can go for something out of some of the open source supplements. Still all i've seen is some dragon and demon/devil races in the 4th edition of the game. Which I still don't like, the system in the 4th is horrible in my opinion.
the Pathfinder "Advanced Race Guide" has some pretty good monster races, and section on designing your own creatures as player races, including several examples based on already-made creatures like Centaur, Drider. Gargoyle, Gnoll, Lizardfolk, and Ogre. It also uses the designer on the Core and expanded races it listed previously, to give you a good baseline for making variants.
