its surprising that a simple thing like that is found in cultures that reign throughout our planet, and even so it even reigns in our imaginations...

Maybe there is a tree of life?

I hear there is a tree of life in the game D&D at the world Aber-Toril on the continent of Faerun somewhere around the country of Amn, which supports the spiritual connection between all Fey-folk and their dieties.

In addition there is a tree of life in other things that originated in many forms from books games and religion.

I believe the celts had something like that, and there is the one from a final fantasy game, another from a book about faeries... maybe there was once a tree in which people really respected as the tree of life?

There is a tree at the southern USA in a desert that is a several millenia old and the last of its species... I wonder if by some bizarre chance that could be it. Wonders...
