Heroic cake
Happy birthday, 
kingdead! The citizens of the city you so valiantly and clumsily protect have chosen to erect an offering in honor of your birthday to thank you for your efforts. (Or was that to beg you to leave? They were kind of stammering and I did most of the talking.)
If you turn your attention to the business district you'll see a shining new addition to the skyline - the deliciously edible King Tower! I assure you that is real cake with delicious vanilla buttercream icing, and that planning and raccoons made this possible with no shenanigans. How is it that helicopters were able to fly it in without it crumbling along the way? Planning and raccoons!
Just dig in whenever you want. The citizens have been warned it's for you, and not to climb it or burrow into it. But given peoples' inclinations to snub the law in this town, you might still want to look at what is in your hand before you shove it in your muzzle. You know, if you're so inclined. Also I'm sure the nearby landowners will be happy if their buildings don't get too heavily frosted and crumbed on. But really they're grateful to have a hero like you, really! So have at, big guy!
