A free lick icon base by

I resized it via Illustrator and made it vector (3000*3000px 300dpi cuz that's what I work at and vector is much better to work with) and colored it in PS. Added hairtuft and of course, the portal ejector :3
She's letting other people to color it for others for free, so if anyone wants me to color one, time pending, I may color it.
