Khrystal looked to the stars as Quartz was walking by
"Are you ok?" He asked, concerned.
She smiled and in her daze she said, " I am perfect, the stars are perfect tonight"
He walked away after telling her goodnight.
A few moons later she asked him to join her in a moonlit walk, he agreed. They met up and walked a ways, returning to his truck they sat back and watched the stars.
Above them appeared a shooting star,
Khrystal closed her eyes and made her wish, "Forever," she whispered.
When she opened her eyes Quartz was looking at her with a smile on his face.
She looked away blushing, and he took her head into his paws and said, "I can't promise forever, but I promise you tomorrow.
He kissed her forehead and leaned back holding her in his arms.
Khrystal smiled, There are no guarantees, but there are always hopes for tomorrow.
