These were some designs I did back when I was trying to make an RP for furcadia called Draklands. I had finished two of the models (to replace felines and equines) but then I went into the Army and the project died.

In the furc screenshot all of them *except* the full-bodied portrait (SlasherSivi, which was the feline model) and the black/white/green draggy are of the "Plains" Draks, as is the bottom right sketch. The left portrait is gender-neutral while the right is female; the large sketch is male, as only males can get the fully-curving horns for head-butting. Plains Draks are about the size of say... a clydesdale, though with thick legs and feet more like some kind of herbivorous dinosaur. They have leathery skin like a rhino and are fierce fighters, though are more of a "trample first, ask questions later" type.

The upper-right sketch is a Mountain Drak (for the canine model obviously), which are fully-furred (though the fur is really more like feathers), with the exception of the wing flaps. They are the size of large wolves and are not on the best terms with Plains Draks due to sometimes preying on young/old/weak ones when food is scarce.

The bottom left is a Cave Drak, which are about human-sized and have smooth, tiny scales. They live in underground burrows or caves (dur) and are mainly nocturnal. They are peaceful (most of the time), intellectual, and the only Drak with opposable thumbs. They cultivate fungi but also feed on a wide variety of arthropods; at night they will fly out to forage for fruit and catch flying insects.
