GOOD GOD. GRAD SCHOOL IS SO MUCH WORK. I'm only just starting week three and I'm already swamped. But "Go me!" Getting a better edumacation and shit.
Front and back ortho. of a gargoyle character I'll be modeling for my Maya class. He'll be in my midterm-animation if all goes well.
We start modeling this week, eeek!
NOTE: His wings look strange because many of the gargoyles I used as photo reference were carved in terms of style as opposed to functionality. As my character is a gargoyle and not a devil/imp, it makes sense that he'd be aesthetically pleasing but not have the capability of flight. . . also, parallel lines are hard to draw. So suck it.
