Gami continues his hunt to alleviate himself of the energy sucking Metroid that's been plaguing him all this week. (ironiclly expending more energy doing so than he'd have otherwise.) He's got the freeze beam, he's got the missles! ...
But the Metroid's packing a deus ex machina!

That's what you get for not being American! Also... Negative Zone is not a reference to Jojo's Bizzare Adventures. The similarities pretty much end at the color scheme, which didn't even happen in the Manga. Hirohiko Akarai doesn't even think about color in his Manga, which is why it's actually much easier to understand than Trigun A.K.A. "I can't tell whether his vest is exploding or he's shooting." Seriously, when they asked akarai what color Joseph's hair is supposed to be he just gave them a blank stare as they introduced this foreign concept to him. But I digress. The World is a time stopping power which works out of the power of Dio's Stand and Psuedoscience in the case of Jotaro (Stopped time means the air would become solid. No breathing or moving there.) Luigi's final smash is called "Negative Zone" so the color change is really linked to being like the Negatives of a photograph. It works off the power of his sexy dance moves and the negative energy stored up from living in Mario's Shadow all the time. That's why it makes him super strong and everyone else super weak. It's reversing his fortune temporarily to make him the strongest. I know I'm being a bit ranty about a subject you probably don't even care that much about, but my back REALLY REALLY HURTS and I think I'm going to die if I get up from this chair so I have nothing better to do. Thank you, come again.

It pretty much resembles the explanation we got at Smash Bros Dojo, an yeah, I love the fact that Luigi's final smash makes everybody like fall in a state of discontrolled euphoria. It's like creating a hell lot of altered states in one zone.
I never thought it could be a refference, though is funny to think about it as one, maybe more than a reffenrece is a cultural refference, nope? >,>

Dio is like a metroid.
Dio sucks life, Metroids suck life.
Dio can make you into a lifeless so and so can a metroid.
Dio can survive almost anything, So can a Metroid.
They both are freakish gaming Icon that make the player think (F_ck!!!) if they get caught in a bad spot agains them.
But I gotta agree the power of a Omega Diotroid would screw everything over.

The X can't assimilate Metroids yet alone stand them, Metroids were created by the Chozo to keep the X parasite poblation controlled in SR388.
The omega metroid exploded without leaving a core, ironically, the SA-X protected Samus from the X about to kill her, she absorbed the X and got her ice beam back, play it again.

Yeah, I sat down one ... WEEK. And managed to read the ENTIRE 92 volumes (NOT chapters =P) of this monster. It's so long that you actually see the artist go from clinically insane, to 'battle of pose-off's' to current style in the 3 story archs (haven't found the fourth one yet, where a Dio reincarnation becomes a raptor.)

The idea (I think) is that the vampires are destroyed on the wavelength of the sun's energy, and if you're able to force your body into generating ripples of energy you can meld them into anything such as sun energy, kinetic energy etc. But that was only the first story arc. I still enjoyed the Stands more ^_^

Gami, I love you so much for actually knowing about this series other than Part 3. More of the world needs to know about Joseph Joestar and his ability to break the fingers of a Crooked Cop armed with only a bottle of Coke. Which is why I've been trying to spread these "Joseph Joestar Facts".

Oh gawds the Brando lol XD. A pal of mine and I actually use the word Brando as an Inside joke adjective describing that what ever is "brando" Is a Creepy manly man that cross dresses to the stomach discomfort of others. For instance if persay....Zangeif from Street fighter were to where a dress he would be BRANDO ! Lol Jojo's Bizarre Adventures and Steel ball Run is some pretty crazy stuff XD.

Wouldn't a machine coming from heaven be a machina ex deus, not a deus ex machina? Deus ex machina means god from the machine, a throw-back to Greek plays where a statue of a god would be lowered onto the stage to provide an otherwise impossible solution to the hero's problem.
Actually in the context I use it, it's a plot device that comes out of flipp'n nowhere.
