Not much to say, this is a design I picked up from Thingaverse and it is based of the Kinetic ring you find advertised in the back of Popular Science magazine. This is much bigger and could be used as a bracelet. It does actually spin and the tolerances are extraordinarily tight. It was printed in pieces, painted and assembled. I use it as a paperweight in my office at work.
