ingredients
12 oz sirloin steak
2 table spoons dark brown sugar
3 table spoons white vinegar
3 table spoons low sodium soy sauce
2 table spoons sweet Thia chile sauce (mae ploy)
1 table spoon ginger powder
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cups short grain rice
1 cup chopped baby spinach
2 1/2 cups beef stock
1 cut sirloin across the grain into 1/8th inch thick slices
2 combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chile sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a bag and shake to mix.
3 add steak to bag and shake to mix, refrigerate for at least one hour
4 coat pan with cooking spray, and heat over medium-high heat add meat to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
My rice I prepared in a rice cooker blending rice, stock and spinach and let if cook. once it was done I scooped the rice into a bowl and made sure the rice and spinach was well blended
