Man It takes me forever to remember what pieces I have and haven't uploaded(Gotta cut back on the drawings; it's becoming an addiction....). Anyhow, Chakat Bluetail is another Chakat of mine that I made (mostly on a whim for varied species to draw) as a member aboard a Starship Voyager in the Chakat Universe. She is a trained and practiced Physician, Orthopedic Surgeon, and has minored in both Internal and Emergency Medicine. She was recruited upon the Ship as the Med-bay's Leading Doctor, and resides over diagnosing, and treating the crew after exploring dangerous or strange planetary ecosystems.

She has very minimal training with a firearm, as it it required of all crew members to undergo mandatory training in use of issued weaponry in case of dire emergency. Suffice to say that she's -I guess- somewhat capable of using the standard .66 DH-749 standard-issue blaster pistol, though I would count on her causing a fuss. The pose in the piece was inspired by Star Wars, while the attire shi wear's is most-obviously reference to the Chakat Universe series, and a bit of Star Trek. Chakat Bluetail on a plateau of some sort on a strange planet alert for dangerous encounters.

Would've had this up about a month or so ago if I had remembered I was done with the lines(Dammit Manjaro, slow down on the inspiration to draw!!!). All done in drawing pencil, followed up with Micron Ink pens, Prismacolor markers(the cape uses Copics), and White Titanium Acrylic paint. Enjoy!

Also, for those who notice the huge quality drop at the bottom of the image with the red space rock: all I can do is say "meh". Furaffinity likes to resize images that exceeds 1280, even if only by a small margin, sooooo..... there's nothing I can do I'm afraid. I'll probably get a better smaller version and upload it so they don't purposely make my artwork look like I suddenly decided to shit on it.
