Raph tries his best to look big and scary but really he's more scared himself. He's afraid of humans because he thinks all of them want to destroy him just for fun because he's such a big inflatable. With only soft claws and no breath he's completely helpless when some kid runs towards him wielding a pair of scissors.
Trying for a not-so-cute design this time, the central idea is that the lower jaw is a separate piece that hangs from the upper jaw via an air-less piece of vinyl foil.
