Yeah, I think I'm better at colored pencils than that accessories paint software...
Hope to bring better work with pencils soon.
(Oh yeah. In case you're wondering what pose she's doing, she does Tai Chi to relax her muscles after a full day of work.)
Whoops! Forgot height and weight.

Oh DAMMIT! The neck's too thick again! I've had this problem for years. I just can't seem to draw a simple human NECK right no matter how many professional anatomy references I've studied!
BAD ARTIST! That's a BAD, BAD ARTIST!!!

In a purely constructive nature, possibly I would suggest the problem that you're having there is that the neck is in proportion with the head, but that the head is slightly out of proportion with the body if you were going for absolute realism. This is purely subjective, though, as it depends on entirely the style you're aiming for :)
Dude! That DOES explain a lot. I ignore the head size while struggling to make the neck fit with it and end up with an almost accurate relationship with the head and neck and totally ingnoring how the rest of the body looks with the neck until its finished. God, I need to focus! Thank u so much, man!
