A drawing I’ve been working on of my stepmother’s cat, Misty. She had to be put down recently because of cancer. She was a very smart cat, found as a stray. She treated my dad and stepmother like her kittens. She didn’t meow, only squeaked, and had the softest fluff of any cat I know.
How anyone could have abandoned her in the first place, I’ll never know.
Done with pencil, colored pencils, and white paint pen.

She was very smart. She knew the outside world was a horrible place and wouldn't go outside even if you left the door open (while their other cats would probably run out and get hit, which is why we never let them outside ever)
Misty wasn't one for hunting. She left that to Bat, who eats mice and doesn't share them with anyone....greedy little hairball.
