This is a young black gryphon. At the moment his favourite food is anything red - red currants, rosehips, tomatoes, cherries, raw meat, apples and I even saw him taking an experimental chomp at a rose the other day.

He measures approximately 8" tall from heels to ear-tufts.
He is weighted with steel-shot and stuffed with polyester
His body is machine sewn from cuddlesoft fur and his ruff and tail are 100% polyester fake fur.
All the feathers on him are real chicken feathers sourced from happy, healthy birds.
His head is cast resin from an original sculpt, as are his antlers, paws and feet.

I actually finished and phorographed him and his brother over a month ago but was too shy to upload them. I just wasn't happy with how they turned out - but they've grown on me now. What do you think?
