I've seen a misinterpretation at a teatime just like that in My Little Pony Tales "The Tea Party" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLgH_rhvsME . Luckily it is water and not boiling tea. Looks like poor Terara doesn't get a share of tea, unless you pour half your cup (carefully) into hers.
