Remember the ones that have fallen before you
Put it down
Put it down
Remember the family that loves and adores you
Get off the ground
Get off the ground
Remember the ones that have fallen before you
Put it down
Put it down
Remember the family that loves and adores you
GET YOURSELF OFF OF THE GROUND!
Don't walk away
Those bottles are everywhere
And I can't be everywhere
To keep them from you
Oh, won't you promise me
To live for another day
Those bottle won't wash away,
They won't wash away
The memories of you
Oh, if your gone
Oh, won't you promise me
Those bottles won't wash away, they won't wash away
Those memories of you
If you're gone
Messymessy speedpaint. Not supposed to be good; just enough to get the point across. This is dedicated to everyone suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts. The lyrics are from my favorite song off of The Materials recent album. They're my favorite band ever and I just had to do a picture to represent how much that songs means to me. It's everything I want to say to my friend. I'm not sure if Coleen meant bottles as in alcoholic bottles. But my interpretation has always been prescription drug bottles because of suicidal victims overdosing. Overdosing is such a taboo topic; you don't hear many talk about it. Regardless, the meaning still stands strong.
Everything I want to say.
The battle you've gone through has been heart-wrenching for me to watch... Just knowing that you're dealing with so much, to the point where you want to harm yourself...it breaks my heart. You don't have to go through this alone. You know that. Remember what you always said to me? That we Pisces need to stick together through thick and thin. I'm always here for you no matter where I am... I know soon I won't be by your side physically because of moving. But I will still be in your heart. And you know very well that you can call me at anytime...No matter if it's four o'clock in the morning, dear... You don't have to suffer through this alone. You are an amazing person, one of the dearest friends I have. You were put on this earth for a reason. You were meant to do great things. Your sister was taken away from this world so young... You don't have to suffer the same fate.
