The paw stickers were on the same package of static wall decorations as the dalmatian pups from the live action 101 Dalmatians.

Disney is clearing out the new set they released for the original 101 Dalmatians
re-release" a few months ago. I haven't opened up the set to see what else may be in it aside from more puppy static clingies, but for $14 it's worth a shot. Check at your local Disney Store.
