So I felt like doing a few sketches of cars as living creatures. Inspired by 
half-dude, who contributed in making me not view cars the same way again.
So in the top left corner there's DAF XF, under it is a car I made up, the top right is Mercedes CLA, bottom left is Škoda Rapid, and finally Mazda CX-5. Referenced from images (not traced).

Wow, I actually "inspired" something? Not to mention changed someone's feelings about cars forever? : D I can't very well think of more of a happy event that could have transpired. That's great to hear!
I'm really loving these, you managed to do something that I never really got around to trying, that is, drawing the car's eyes still looking mechanical and like headlights instead of how I do it just kinda adding organic cartoony kinda eyes. I always kinda wanted to do that at some point though, because the way I draw their eyes just doesn't look the same as their IRL expressions. There's just something about an IRL car's blank stare as it looks at you in the parking lot. : 3
Also, kudos to using the IRL car's face as a basis for the car's expression such as the Mazda looking all grumpy. XD Maybe it's frustrated because all it's brothers and sisters are so happy all the time. http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/.....nte/mazda3.png Oh and don't you just love the Mercedes' flared up cheeks? ^^
I've never seen a Škoda before, but it looks like a little cutie-pie. ^^

Well, it was there before, but I'd say you "put a face on it." Pun may or may not be intended. It's true though. I have a few other pics of this theme in the making.
As for the eyes, I plan to refine them further, these here are still kinda simple. Though I'm not sure how much it matters if one puts a tongue in their mouths and all that.
I pretty much picked random expressions and Mazda just happened to land a grumpy one. Personally I think there can be about any expression you like. Your link of another Mazda made me recall Opel with its "Smile" edition - http://www.autotrend.opeldealer.sk/.....opel-smile.jpg
