Ohh the bike mechanism is part of her body.
I guess it does have some weight, but since the arms and legs are also partially mechanical inside, so it's compensated by increased strength.
It probably runs on a standard combination for cybernetics, probably mostly electricity with some highly advanced batteries and blood sugar on emergencies. Maybe she could also add gasoline and fuel cells. :)
Sure, though her top speed probably isn't to high, her agility helps in such situations.
