Just hashing out some ideas for how residents of Grid City look. They're not exactly conventional anthro-animals, for one. Their bodies are mostly human, with the heads and tails of whatever they're patterned on, as well as skin that's colored the same way as the source animal's fur or feathers. For another, extra body parts are common - not everyone has them, but enough do (somewhere around 10-15% of the population) that it's seen as less of a freakish trait and more just something to be acknowledged and worked around.
