I think I've discovered a whole new and weird branch of furriness to explore, and lucky me, I don't think anyone else has gone this far. :p I've looked around and haven't seen anyone else doing this sort of thing, but I'll share it with you <3 Just let me know or link me if you want to use this character or something like that because I am rather fond of him and his uniqueness.
This is Tandrenn, a vulpitaur who is coming of age. Even though he's accompanied his elders on smaller hunts for meals, to prove his manhood, as is custom, he must go on a solitary hunt and bring back some large prey to impress his elders with. Man young bucks go after the small but very dangerous wild boars, or patiently stalk and take down large deer and elk. Other stronger bucks are known for charging after bears and wild cats.
Tandrenn, however, does not want to seek any of those beasts because they've all been done before. He is strong, and clever, but very eager to impress his elders and the young women of his tribe. In his mind there's nothing he can't do and can become very over-confident and cocky - something that can lead a solo hunter into great danger, especially as he seeks his prize: a griffin's egg. Nobody has ever done it, and for a vulpitaur to take on an adult griffin would be an almost certain suicide, because just like his kind the griffin also possesses two hearts and is a combination of two of the most deadly predators known. But, being that he only seeks one egg, he will find victory if he can only lure the mother away....
