Haven't uploaded a new recipe in months so I felt it was time to share a really simple and easy egg salad sandwich recipe that everyone can enjoy.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:(This particular amount will show you how to make enough for 2 maybe 3 sandwiches.)
-4 eggs
-1/4 cup diced onions
-3 big dollops of Mayo
-white pepper (special ingredient to perfect egg salad)
-hamburger buns, or regular slices of bread
-1 boiling pan
-1 medium bowl
-1 potato masher
STEP 1:
Start by boiling the eggs in the pan. When finished, flash cool them by emptying out the boiling water and quickly add cold water to the pan. Let sit in cold water for about 5 minutes.
STEP 2:
When eggs have cooled, crack and remove all the shells and add the eggs to the medium bowl. Next, add the onions, mayo, and a good amount of the white pepper to the bowl and start mashing them all together with the potato masher.
STEP 3:
When mashed and mixed all together, scoop a fair amount onto your hamburger buns or bread and enjoy.
