Upon examining Mint's papers more closely, I found out that her papers had been falsified. She was not a selabeast at all, but a sheep. This would explain all the flaws she had, along with why her hair grew so quickly and so thick.
As soon as I found out, I had to tell her. She was just as surprised as I was. At first, she was worried that I wouldn't keep her as a result of finding out about this, but I assured her that she could still stay with me. Regardless of her species, I still cared about her.
Soo yeah, still experimenting with drawing and coloring methods. I think this piece is gallery worthy though, mostly because I like the way Mint came out. Slowly but surely I want to fade away from doing anime-ish faces.
Someone mentioned to me that Mint kinda resembles a sheep in some ways, and I think they were right.
So as of this piece, Mint is canonically a sheep. Seems a little more original than using someone else's idea for a species.
I promise, I'll draw someone other than Mint, eventually.
(I think those are the best half-assed hands I've ever done.)
