Mmm, that particular character of mine's pretty much a Cosmic Plaything too.

(Goddamn the late Index Corp, I wanted to play the new Tatsuya scenario in EP-PSP.)

(i know, right?! really wanted that Tatsuya connecting chapter >< cuz you know a "surprise join last battle!" is always a "uhh...okay?" lol)

Persona 2 Eternal Punishment, that was such a good game.

Innocent Sin was jsut as amazing as well. best Persona installment was that set. :3

I just like the story of both of them in general. And how they tied in the stories from both games so well, as well as the fact that they gave us insight on what happened to the characters from the first persona as well.

yeah. hell returning and still playable cast from P1 coming in was nice. :)

then they even have the initial setup at a few plot points that setup for even P3 as well. (P4 even pokes into Ulala's talk show after P2, haha ^^)

I like how Philemon does make a subtle return as the butterfly, considering who he is, in P3 and P4. Makes me wonder what Persona 5 will be like, until then, we are getting another Persona 4 Arena, now with Yukari, Junpei and this new guy named Sho. Considering how good the story for Arena was with Labrys, I'd love seeing how these new three make things change.

i'm sure they'll add more cast as well :)
would be nice having a rather "full" roster this time as well instead of the like what...three? from P3 before? lol. hopefully they'll add many more. though. i could easily see some of the cast from 1 and 2 in it for sure. :) (Brown, Ayase and Yukino would definately make some fun cast. XD)

It would be fun to see some of the P1 and P2 characters make the roster, even if they had to be DLC.

agreed. especially since, imo, they had a lot moe character to them than some of P3 and P4 i think XD

This is truth, I can say that P1/P2 characters hit me a lot harder than P3/P4 characters. I like them all but all things considered, I enjoyed P1/P2 a bit more.

Safe to say they’re basically throwing most of the pre-P3 stuff under the bus, and flicking a few sly reference crumbs at fans.

I'm just REALLY surprised Koromaru's not playable yet! XD

Persona 3 referenced the old P1/P2 characters sometimes when you checked the TV, the storyline referenced it as well with the Kirijo Group leaving the Nanjo Group. And I think some of the color swaps in P4Arena involve some of the P1/P2 characters.

And honestly, I am frankly surprised it took them this long to fully involve more of the P3 characters, I was expecting more than just Elizabeth, Akihiko, Aigis and Mitsuru. And if they added Koromaru to be playable, I would say screw everything else, I'm maining Koro-chan. Makes me wonder how Ken is doing though...
