they’re really large, rideable birds, very gentle, passive,and with the height of an african elephant, from talons to head. they’re usually used as mounts for traveling enormous distances in a short time, or for farm work. they’re very sentimental and sentient creatures, and have basic intelligence, so they have to be treated like an equal otherwise it’ll feel exploited and want to kill its owner or escape.

Alosai’s diet consists basically on the nectar of a flower that farmers simply call Sweetania. it is a huge flower that makes Alosai look like bees in comparison. the flower produces nectar at an alarming rate, so a single flower can feed off a dozen of these gluttonous birds everyday.

just like Starkies, their method of reproduction is: females with the best sound when whipping their tails will get the best males. they can only lay one egg each six months.
