I've had someone ask me to see how draw something, so they could see how I do. I've always said that I don't draw, I shoot photos.
But, I was bored and decided to just go draw something fur for the first time. And this is what I got. Just a little bust of Dash that I did.
Yeah, I know.
That's why I stick to photos. Plus, my color job was crap since I didn't have much to work with from my sketch and it has been forever since I have.
It still came out better than I had originally thought, but still. I will leave it to those with more skill to draw.
But, I was just doing this for fun. And it killed a little time to sketch it out with pencil, then use a normal ink pen to layer over and then did my quick coloring (really quick actually) in Photoshop.

I've seen worse things in my life, really.
You do have the basics laid down though, from my point of view. The muzzle's pretty much right, the nose lines up with the eyes and ears (something most people seem to forget in canine anatomy), the ears flop properly, etc...
If you'd get around to it, I'm sure you could outdo a bunch of people here!!! :3
And all my friends to whom I say the same things keep telling me the same: skills comes with practice (I should really heed my own advice...).
*hugs* :3

I need to see if I can find the site *litterally finding it after typing this action in the message box*

site content: the art place : dylan Rinald
I used to OCD about that site a decade or so ago up until I was 12-ish. It's not updated much nowadays, but it's still up at the least. Check out the art from the latest work as compaired to the first stuff put up there. That's what I was talking about.
