This is the Draco-human teen Azenta in my second book Unbound Prodigies, but this is her primal form. All Dracos have the capability to transform into a 'primal form', meaning that they are extremely powerful. Normally, like in Azenta's case, they become very muscular and grow around two feet higher and a foot wider. She does not have a tail like normal Dracos. This is because of her father, Geveno, is human whereas her mother, Dravera, is a Draco. But, that does not mean she's not a force to be reckoned with.
