venting via a creative outlet is good. I did poetry in high school when my art wasn't good enough and now i just do art.

I believe it's an accurate and profound expression that cannot be put into words. It's a feeling. Which is at its core indescribable. Words cannot do my feelings justice. But maybe a picture can.

Personally anyway. I was never good at expressing myself in words.
