Chapter 19 of Werewolf Tale.
One of my favorite parts of any story: When major/secondary characters figure out a revelation before it's mentioned and then reveal how they figured it out. Especially with a situation like this one.
It reinforces the idea that characters should have some capacity for logic and reasoning outside what is on the page.
