Wow I was literally just going to comment on that! Older HotWheels, Matchbox cars and other various brands were soooooo much better.

Yeah. I have a '60's Matchbox, & Tootsietoys from the 1920's up to the 1970's-1980's.

I never had any that dated back to the 60's but I did have a few from the 70's. I was slowly getting out of collecting them when I finished up high school, when my "at the time" friend decided to swipe several of them from me. Our friendship was ended a couple months later because of some BS that went down, I later realized when going through my collection that several of them had just vanished into thin air. I was so frustrated by it, that I said screw it and donated the rest of my collection to GoodWill. Another stupid mistake I made like when I threw out all of my series 1 Digimon cards. I had painstakingly managed to acquire every single one!
