The Water Wisps and looks like someone decided to go fishing in their spring.

Spirits of Water, they live in the spring that floats above the rest of the floating islands. Their presence in the water keeps it clean and pure. Usually easy going little things, they enjoy just going with the flow most of the time and like to see people be happy. This makes them very mellow little guys compared to their cousins the Fire Wisps, who tend to be very hot headed.
